Manage and view all of your documents in one place with the Brisk Sign dashboard. Easily view key details like status, signing type, dates, signers, and notes. Use filters to quickly find documents by sign type, status, or signer. Draft documents can be edited, and any document can be downloaded or deleted. For Direct Signs, you can securely share documents using a password-protected link. For Sign Requests, you can manage recipients, resend requests to pending signers, view file history, or cancel the request, with recipients notified automatically.

Manage all of your documents directly from the Brisk Sign dashboard. This is where every document you’ve created or sent is stored and tracked.
Each document in the dashboard displays important details at a glance, including the Document Name, Status, Signing Type of either Sign Request or Direct Sign, Date Created, Date Last Modified, Date Sent, Signers, and Notes. This makes it easy to monitor progress and find what you need.
To quickly narrow down your list, use the filters at the top of the dashboard. You can filter documents by Sign Type, Status, or Signer by selecting options from the corresponding dropdown menus.
Documents can only be edited if they are still in draft status. To edit a draft, click the Actions link for the document and select Edit Draft.
You can download a copy of any document by selecting Download from the Actions dropdown.
For Direct Sign documents, you also have the option to securely share the file. Select Share via Secure Download Link, set a password, and click Generate Secure Link. You can then copy and send the link to your recipient, who will only be able to access the document using the password you provided.
If you no longer need a document, you can remove it by selecting Delete Document from the Actions menu.
For Sign Request documents, you can manage recipients even after sending. Select Edit Recipients from the Actions dropdown to open the document viewer. On the left side, you’ll see the Recipients List, where you can remove a recipient by clicking the trash icon or add a new one by entering their name and email address in the Add Recipients section and clicking Add. Once finished, click Send Update to Recipients to apply the changes.
If some recipients haven’t signed yet, you can resend the request by selecting Resend to Pending from the Actions menu.
If you need to stop the signing process, select Cancel Signature Request. This deletes the original document, and all recipients will be notified by email.
