In this livestream, I share about the significance of our attention in our lives (our capacity to intentionally focus & "pay attention") particularly in the context of our spiritual evolution & development.

In almost every traditional spiritual lineage, our attention was trained and developed, to give us the foundation to have the direct experience of our nature (spiritual insight & recognition).

Cultivating attention is what precedes spiritual realisation, manifestation, conscious creation & liberation.

The untrained attention will gravitate towards stimulation, with its potential being energetically leaked, which brings you into a state of incoherence - being the root of what keeps us stuck in cycles & suffering.

And in the modern age, it is becoming increasingly tempting to outsource a portion of our inner being to technology - shortcuts that may cost you spiritually.

Additional distinction to add to this stream:

In the distinction between attention & awareness, I want to add some more nuance to what I shared:

Attention being the capacity to focus, concentrate, which is trainable
Awareness being the substratum, ever-present, never coming nor going

Yet, attention is not truly a tool that is separate from awareness. When we train our attention, which expands our awareness - which is increasing awareness's capacity to be with itself.
