Hyderabad, July 2, 2026: As part of the ongoing awareness campaign regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, Amjed Ullah Khan (Spokesman, MBT) along with Abdul Rahman (Youth Leader, MBT) conducted a door-to-door SIR Awareness Padyatra, Chota Chandra Nagar, Bada Chandra Nagar, Bada Bazar etc areas of Yakutpura Assembly Constituency.

During the padyatra, they personally interacted with residents to verify whether all eligible voters had received their SIR forms and to understand the difficulties being faced in the voter verification process. Residents warmly welcomed and felicitated Amjed Ullah Khan and Abdul Rahman and appreciated MBT's efforts in reaching every household to ensure that no voter is left out of the electoral rolls.

Several residents brought to the notice of Mr. Khan that there are a large number of first-time voters, missing voters, and people whose names are not reflected correctly in the electoral records. Many residents also expressed their inability to understand and correctly fill the SIR forms.

Responding to their concerns, Amjed Ullah Khan assured the residents that MBT is committed to helping every eligible voter complete the SIR process. He appealed to all residents facing any difficulty in filling SIR forms, voter registration, inclusion of missing names, correction of details, or any other election-related issue to approach the MBT Office located beside the TGSPDCL Office, Yakutpura, where assistance and guidance will be provided free of cost.

Mr. Khan emphasized that every eligible citizen must ensure that their name is included in the electoral roll and urged residents not to delay the submission of SIR forms. He reiterated that MBT volunteers will continue to conduct awareness campaigns and provide all possible assistance to safeguard the voting rights of the people.
