Ingredients:
To boil pasta (or follow package instructions):
4 cups water
1 tbsp salt
~15 jumbo shells
Marinara Sauce:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 can, 28 oz San Marzano peeled tomatoes
~1/4 tsp sugar, or to taste
~1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
~1/2 tsp red pepper
~2 tbsp basil, chopped (Or add some basil paste)
Ricotta Filling:
32 oz ricotta cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup spinach, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
~1 tbsp basil, chopped
Bread:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp oregano
~Bake bread at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted
