New Construction Homes Are a Total SCAM in 2025…

Описание: I can’t believe how much of a scam new construction homes are in 2025. The shortcuts builders are taking right now are insane — throwing up houses as fast and as cheap as possible, and then hoping buyers don’t notice all the problems until it’s too late. Not that I could even afford one of these overpriced houses anytime soon… but just the way homes, cars, electronics, and pretty much everything else are being made these days is awful. Nothing is built to last anymore... What makes this worse is that a huge part of building wealth and becoming financially free is owning your own home instead of renting. Cutting down your biggest bill — your living expenses — is the path to stability. But how are you supposed to do that when all they’re building are overpriced, poorly made houses that fall apart way too soon? Why aren’t we building real starter homes anymore? Affordable homes people can actually live in for decades? It feels like the system is designed to keep us renting, paying, and stuck forever.
