This is on NG+6, with an added difficulty of +10. On base difficulty the boss has way less HP than that. So if you just want to get that Hoarfrost Pipe, this is the "cheat code" for it.
The way this works is by pairing Field of Thirst with Supernatural Blood; their interaction basically keeps you at full ichor the whole time. I'm not sure why that is the case, but it is what it is.
Here's the build; turns out Ichor Focus was not needed at all.
