In late December 2025, Dr. Karri Turner Bryant, wife of mega church pastor Jamal Harrison Bryant out of Atlanta, GA, wore a dress to the UNCF Gala in Atlanta that gave the illusion of nakedness. It rocked the internet, and the couple received backlash from leaders, politicians, and christians as well as found support amongst their own and others. However, despite the backlash, Karri Bryant is still stating that she made a right choice and everyone else is the problem.
