A hot, sweet and tangy chutney recipe made with fiery ghost peppers, sweet pineapple, aromatic lemon zest, ginger, honey and black pepper.
Ingredients -
Pineapple - 1 roughly diced
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Nigella seeds ( Kala Jeera) - half tsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp finely chopped
Coriander stem finely chopped - 1 tsp
Ghost pepper - 1 thinly sliced ( quantity as per preference)
Lemon zest - Small quantity ( An aromatic variety of lemon called " Gol Nemu" found in Assam is used)
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Black pepper -half tsp
Salt to taste
