Bar Bulot is one of my current favourite restaurants in Gothenburg. It's set in the old market hall Saluhallen that was renovated a couple of years back. Its an easy atmosphere with really good food. If I would have to categorise it, I would say that it's local ingredients prepared in a mix of classical French, new nordic and classical Swedish way. Only minor downside for me was the sourdough bread, which in my mind was nothing special, but the rest was very good.
