In this video we take you back into Golden Gate Estates to show you some more new construction. We start off at a 3-bedroom 2 bathroom new construction home currently listed for just under $560,000. The home is on 1.14 acres and has a living area of 1,772 sq ft and a total area of 2,477 sq ft.

Next, we go to a home with the same layout that we featured in our previous Golden Gate Estates New Construction video because this 1.2 million dollar listing (same layout, different home) peaked a lot of interest from our viewers. This particular home, newer listing (the other is now sold) has slightly different finishes but was built by the same quality builders and also has 3 bedrooms, a den, 4 bathrooms, approx. 2,644 sq ft living area and approx. 3,830 sq ft in total and sits on a 2.12 acre lot with a 2 car attached garage.

While on site, we bump into the builder of the above mentioned 1.2 million dollar listing and we discuss the two upcoming homes of a similar size in the area so we decide to take a ride to one of the construction sites to talk about the details. These two homes which are estimated to be ready in September 2023 feature 4 bedrooms, a den and 3.5 bathrooms. Each of the two lots is around 2.5 acres.

The last home we show our viewers is a home in the 600,000 dollar range, about to close (officially will be sold) but we show it because there are another two of these homes currently being built. We realize there is a big demand for new construction homes in Golden Gate Estates in this price range of mid 600k with 3 bedrooms, a den, 3 bathrooms and a 2-car garage and want to make this information available to our viewers.
