Описание: All living organisms produce waste as a result of life processes. Removing this waste is essential for survival. In humans, the excretory system is highly organized and involves several organs. The main organ is the kidney, which filters the blood and removes nitrogenous wastes like urea. The waste is converted into urine and stored in the urinary bladder before being excreted through the urethra. Other organs also help in excretion — the lungs remove carbon dioxide during breathing, and the skin eliminates small amounts of waste through sweat.
