After the wedding setup, we walk along the wooden deck and pathways at Fort Mose, the site of the first legally recognized free Black settlement in what would become the United States.
Fort Mose carries a deep history, one rooted in courage, community, and the decision to build a life grounded in freedom.
This video isn’t a formal history lesson. It’s a walk. A pause. A moment to reflect on where we are, where we’ve been, and how places like this still speak ... if we’re willing to listen.
