Reading’s financial woes have been well documented as their current owner is facing EFL sanctions to adequately fund the club or make arrangements to sell it.

This club was a mainstay in the Premier League in much of the early 2000s until relegation to the Championship in 2013.

Since then, the club has faced further relegations and points deductions and is currently in SkyBet League One, just outside the relegation zone.

Today, we will take charge of this club to take them back to the top but this won’t just be any old rebuild, we will be doing this using a Moneyball approach to get the most out of our very limited budgets.
