Tipsy Pig Gastropub Capitol Commons Ortigas. Tipsy Pig Gastroupub in the new Capitol Commons development by Ortigas & Co. is the next evolution of Ton Gonzales's gastropubs including Relik, Reserve, and Locale Gastropub.
Start off with below zero draft San Miguel Beer in a jar. From the menu we liked their popcorn shrimp, french onion soup, greens and berries salad. Their pizza was more of a flat bread and was way too thick. The spiced chicken quesadilla was stuffed with mozzarella cheese when traditionally it should be Monterrey Jack, Colby Jack or Cheddar, so given a few minutes the mozzarella solidified and made it an effort to eat. Overall a better gastropub experience may be found literally next door at Black Olive.
