Some Key Stats at the BVA:
➡️ As of July 2022, original appeals in Legacy take 1,194 days from certification to complete
➡️ In the AMA docket, appeals in the direct review and evidence dockets take an average of 363 and 376 days to complete, respectively.
➡️ Appeals in the hearing docket are taking an average of 692 days to complete.
