This scene is from the very first episode of "Shinzo", where Mushra transforms into his Hyper-Enterran form, to rescue Yakumo and crew from Queen Bee-Ing, who transforms into HER Hyper-Enterran form as "Hyper-Bee Stinger".

I don’t know if its the very first episode of "Shinzo", or maybe it’s been mistakenly titled as Episode One due to Queen Bee-Ing's appearance or the maybe the first two episodes were combined, if I’m not mistaken.
