As a Relationship Executive, you will act as a bridge between UBL and its valued clients — ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting bank products, and achieving business growth targets.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Promote UBL’s banking products and services, including deposits, accounts, and digital channels.

Acquire new customers through branch visits, field marketing, and referrals.

Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.

Maintain customer records and assist in achieving assigned sales and service targets.

Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking preferred).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and sales aptitude.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic knowledge of banking products and digital banking tools.
