So-called disruption has earned itself rather a bad name in recent times as everyone claims to be doing it. In advertising it’s credited to Jean-Marie Dru, whose BDDP agency merged with TBWA.
So it’s in TBWA’s DNA too and here’s a diverting (and pleasingly short) expression of what it means and can do from Lee Clow, founder of TBWA’s Media Arts Lab which works mainly for Apple.
