This simple and easy arrabbiata dish is made with all fresh ingredients. The arrabbiata sauce is perfectly coupled with courgetti spaghetti - a healthy alternative to pasta (although it still tastes just as delicious with pasta).
This stunning dish was made by the professional chef, Giovanni Malacrino who has fed celebrities such as Tom Jones, Ed Sheeran and Pavarotti.

Ingredients
200g baby spinach
250g plum tomatoes
1/2 onion
100g macadamia nuts
4 cloves garlic
2 courgettes
salt
pepper
Spiralizer
Ciabatta bread
Method
Prepare your garlic and onions by peeling and chopping into small slices.
Deseed and slice the chilli peppers into small pieces.
Add the Macadamia nuts to the blender and blend until finely crushed, but don’t over process them.
Add the chopped garlic and onions, the plum tomatoes and chilli peppers and blend together.
As the ingredients are blending, pour in the olive oil.
Once the mixture is a creamy consistency, add the baby spinach and begin to blend once again.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend until liquified.
Bring a pan of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Chop off the ends of the courgettes and begin putting them through a spiralizer.
Once completely spiralized, add the courgetti spaghetti to the boiling water.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Drain through a colander and add back into the pan to fry off any excess water.
Pour the sauce onto a plate, and then add the courgetti spaghetti on top.
Garnish with chopped plum tomatoes and serve with ciabatta.
