The Transfer Case for this and many other trucks is the NP205 Transfer Case made by New Process. This is a very strong transfer case used for years in virtually the same configuration. This video walks through in some specificity the process and steps to disassemble the transfer case for a complete rebuild.
I did source the gaskets and seals (bearing also available along with some gears) through Torque King who are a solid source for these and other 4-wheel drive components. The gaskets and seals appear to be USA made and are the correct thicknesses for the correct preloads on the bearings and gears.
This video is long as it is the entire process of disassembly. I have provided chapter time stamps below, and will break reassembly into Part 2.
