Flip House Episode 10: Paint

Описание: This stage of my flip house project was by far and away the most intimidating. I mean... painting an ENTIRE house? I reached out to my friends at Wagner to see which sprayer they recommended and they sent me their Control Pro 170. My drywallers had repaired the damage from work the previous home owners had done (like removing windows and mounting barrels instead...) and had also PRIMED the space which was HUGE. You cannot paint directly onto drywall but because these walls were skim coated, cleaned and primed... all I had to do was paint. I decided to use a flat interior paint/ primer in one to make my job 100% easier. The next home owners will no doubt want to paint with colors to suit their style so using a flat white meant I could paint the ceiling and the walls all at once without any cutting in or taping required.

I taped off windows and trim to make it easier for my painters to come through and tackle those. After a frustrating morning getting to know my paint sprayer, I ultimately figured it out and this house is looking SO GOOD.
