Medication For Anxiety (Does it Help or Hurt?)

Описание: Can anxiety medications make anxiety worse? Deciding whether to take medication for anxiety is difficult. In this video, I share my perspective as a psychotherapist who worked with people with anxiety for two decades. I am not a medical doctor, and I do not prescribe medication. I present this from the point of view of my experience with actual people using medication as well as from my training. Certain anxiety disorders do seem to benefit from certain medications. However, there are other medications which have a biphasic impact, which I do not believe are helpful in the long run.
