eGPU installation guide on a 2013 15" retina MacBook Pro with dedicated GPU GT 750M, using an external display or the internal screen with Optimus, no dongle required
eGPU composed of a EVGA GTX 1060 SC 6Gb, an Akitio Thunder2 PCIe enclosure and an Xbox 360 PSU
Instructions update since Mac OS 10.12.4 : the spoof_OS_version doesn't work anymore on rEFInd, you'll need to use a patched version of apple_set_os, available at this link : https://www.dropbox.com/s/edeypug0b7r...
Just copy this file on your EFI partition, at efi/EFI/custom
On the rEFInd screen, you'll see a new icon, select it before booting Windows and the iris Pro graphics will be back.
