WHAT HAPPENED to Merlin's RAP System?

Описание: Merlin's RAP (Ride Access Pass) System, which is partnered with Nimbus Disability, is a virtual queueing system intended to improve the accessibility of queuing for disabled guests at Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures and Legoland Windsor. It seeks to yield great benefit to its users but has been subject to controversy as of late. As a Ride Access Pass user myself, join me as I discuss the various concerns that have been expressed regarding the system, along with possible solutions that I believe Merlin should implement.
