You'll need a standard pool pole (one of the thick ones) and once you connect it you'll have cordless rechargeable maneuverability to grab all the debris in your pool sized at 250 microns or less. So you know what to expect, this vacuum isn't for algae and silt which are tiny kitchen flour sized particulates in the 20 micron range.
