When setting up outdoors locate and avoid any underground utilities and sprinkler heads when choosing a playing area. Don't place ground anchors in a direct line between sprinkler heads. After choosing a playing area mark the first pole position by laying the alignment plate about two feet from the boundary line. The plate helps you accurately guide the ground anchor into position.

Place the protector cap over the ground anchor before driving it into the ground. Because the high strength alloy ground anchors are designed with a small diameter they can be driven in with minimal effort. Depth varies depending on the looseness of the soil. Remember to place the washer over the ground anchor.

Once the first pole is in place and with the net attached to both poles walk the second pole out until the stretch cords are taut and the pole is slightly angled out establishing the second pole position. Place the alignment plate at the base of the pole. Drive in the second ground anchor.
