I'm Juli Rae from states 787 and 1080, and it's the final day of Eden in state 1080. I optimize my influence value and tiles. I use a weekly specialization reset to pivot into land development, noting queues are no longer important before reset. I start land development (about an hour per upgrade), to increase the tiles from level 15 to 16, and I plan to finish by teleporting onto the upgraded area to end Eden there.
