This year we have chosen Canada as the host country for the event. We will be welcoming fans to the club and at the same time we will be live streaming the event to a global audience via the URF website and Youtube channel.

This is your opportunity to earn money directly by helping us to get sponsors and partners for the awards. You help us tie up deals, and you will get paid.

12% Commission Opportunity – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for wanting to help grow rugby and the 2026 United Rugby Fans Global Rugby Awards. If you introduce a potential sponsor that leads to a closed deal, you can earn 12% commission on the value of the sponsorship.

Key Rules:Minimum Deal Size: The sponsorship deal must be worth at least $1,000 USD (or equivalent) committed value before any commission is payable.

Payment Trigger: Commission is only paid after: The sponsorship agreement is fully signed by both parties (URF and the sponsor), AND

The full payment from the sponsor has been received and cleared in the URF bank account.

Commission Calculation: 12% of the confirmed sponsorship value (excluding any in-kind/barter, taxes, or refunds). Paid within 30 days of funds clearing, via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or agreed method (you’ll provide payment details during onboarding).

Attribution & Tracking: You must register your introduction via email to [email protected] or the form link in this video. Provide the sponsor’s name, contact, and your role in the introduction.

URF must confirm your involvement was material (e.g., direct intro, ongoing facilitation) before the deal closes. Self-referrals or internal connections do not qualify.

No Guarantees: Participation in this opportunity does not guarantee any commission. URF reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any sponsorship deal in its sole discretion. We may decline introductions that do not align with URF’s mission or values.

Anti-Fraud & Fair Use: Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, spam, unethical approaches, or attempts to circumvent these terms will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any potential commission. URF may review and withhold payment for suspicious activity.

Disclosures & Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all local laws, including disclosing your relationship with URF when making introductions (where required, e.g., advertising regulations or tax reporting). You act as an independent referrer, not an employee, agent, or contractor of URF.

Termination: URF may end this commission opportunity or disqualify any participant at any time, with or without notice. Accrued commissions from closed deals remain payable if they meet all criteria.

Changes: These terms may be updated; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

Liability: URF is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from this program. Your total liability is limited to the commission earned.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Canada (URF Global HQ).
