Описание: The Allahabad High Court on Thursday upheld a Varanasi court's order allowing the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to conduct a survey of the Gyanvapi mosque complex. The high court dismissed the Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee's plea, saying that the survey can resume immediately. In its verdict, the high court said the ASI survey is necessary in the interest of justice and it needs to be carried out under certain conditions.
