Описание: When my team first sent over the video they had in mind for today, I was slightly embarrassed.

I was like, "Omg. I am going on and on about my butt."

After sitting with it a moment, I decided to go ahead and share it with you.

Reason #1: So that I could use the above title.

Also so I could share a few truths with you:

1. Change is always available. And you will always be worthy of it.

There will always be plenty of practical actions available to you to combine with your beliefs around how life gets to be for you.

Knowing that you are worthy of change and believing that change is possible adds a certain oomph to the actions that you take.

As always, the practical and spiritual combined is required.

2. Life is a journey of continual growth.

We move forward and forward and forward. And we never really arrive.

As I looked at before and after photos of myself and my booty from over the last few years, it was apparent to me that a transformation was continually occurring.

It is much easier to see massive change as I compare a picture taken in 2016 with one from 2019 then when I comparing pictures that were taken just a few months apart.

Now, I am not saying change has to be slow. What I am saying is, we are never done.

Just like I will never be done growing my business, my online community, my net-worth, my belief in myself, my influence, etc... there will always be a next level to our health, fitness, and physique available.

We get to keep growing. We get to keep getting better and better.

3. Self-love and acceptance are always the vibe.

My favorite psychologist said it like this...

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers
