福建龙岩的永定区有很多土楼群，下洋镇的初溪土楼是其中保存比较完好的，这里还有世代居住的当地人。来到下洋有三件事一定要做，看土楼，泡温泉，吃牛肉。下洋高速公路口有很多专吃牛肉的大排档，出品的全牛宴色香味俱全，有很多别处吃不到的美味。来到龙岩市区，早餐的打开方式是一碗清汤粉，配上牛渣猪皮各种小料，还要像本地人一样加入姜蒜汁。站着喝的小吃兜汤也要尝尝，颗粒满满的花生酱拌面也是当地特色。
Yongding District in Longyan, Fujian Province, boasts numerous Tulou, among which the Chuxi Tulou in Xiayang Town is one of the best-preserved, still inhabited by generations of locals. There are three must-do things in Xiayang: see the Tulou, soak in the hot springs, and eat beef. Near the Xiayang highway exit, there are many food stalls specializing in beef, offering a complete beef feast that is visually appealing, fragrant, and delicious, with many unique flavors you can't find elsewhere. In Longyan city, breakfast typically begins with a bowl of clear soup noodles, topped with various condiments including beef dregs and pork skin, and like the locals, with ginger and garlic sauce. Also worth trying is the standing-style beef pocket soup, and the peanut sauce noodles with plenty of chunks are another local specialty.
