Описание: This workout is a real find for those looking to lose weight without subjecting themselves to complex and boring routines! In just 40 minutes, you'll cover a distance of 5000 steps right at home. The workout is structured around the Tabata principle: 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest, but in our case, it's all about stepping. Not a single exercise will be repeated, so you won't have a dull moment. You'll start with an active warm-up, have two 50-second breaks in the middle for water and recovery, and finish with three additional 1-minute exercises for maximum fat burning. And, of course, there's a cool-down at the end for recovery!
