Whilst Japan's bullet train or Shinkansen (新幹線) is world famous - is it the best option for travelling Japan? We took one of the cheapest methods of transport, the highway night bus (夜のバス) to see how a cheap option compares.
For the first time, we also attempted to write our own Japanese subtitles so please let us know how we went (how bad they are haha)!
