Описание: Precise test to evaluate the driving range or efficiency impact of the aerodynamic wheel covers fitted on the standard 18" wheels of the Tesla Model 3.
The test was performed at high speed, 130 km/h or 81 mph, resulting in an average speed of above 120 km/h or 75 mph. A highway loop of about 30 km was used as a test track going back and forth to ensure the elevation does not influence the results. Also, the test was done without using cabin heating. The battery was conditioned before the test to ensure no significant amount of energy will be used to heat it up during the test.
