Описание: The next step in selling your home is preparing your home to sell. For some people this is a very simple process. If you don't have kids, you don't have pets, you pick up every day and your home already looks like a model home, you're pretty much good to go. If you're like most people, including me, you have too much stuff - you have kids, pets, you have pet dander, toys, whatever it is. You have to think about when you go out and you tour homes or you look on HGTV, how perfect everything looks.

Now you don't have to live like that every day, but you do need to have your home prepped for that for the photos and videos. Since you're moving, go ahead and get rid of all the things that you don't want to take to your new house. Pack up all those personal belongings. I
remember the first house that we bought - the hallway was lined with photos. There must have been hundreds of them. It was very distracting but then when we walked through the home when we were buying it, there were many holes in that wall, so be prepared. Pack it up, and if in doubt, ask your Realtor. I do have a checklist that I give my clients on how to prepare your home for sale.
