I’m feeling reflective of how far I’ve come mentally. It’s been 39 days since I started getting active every single day, and at this point I feel obligated to 🗣GET UP. That’s such an improvement from where I was on day -1 (I had up do it, imma math teacher).

It can be challenge to get motivated, no matter who’s cheering you on sometimes but I pray you feel the itch to get up today. If the time is going to pass anyway, it might as well pass with us feeling proud of ourselves.
