During the test drive it turned out that does not work 2, 4, 6 gear. Computing to diagnostics showed a fault code P2715. Today I'll show you how I repaired the gearbox 6DCT450 which is installed on the cars of Ford and Volvo. This box with two wet-clutch, six-speed box. The peculiarity of this box is that it is not repairable. In the video, I can make out and I clean brain box. After I performed a repair adaptation clutch and shift forks. On one of the photos video transmission problems culprit is a piece of white plastic stuck in the valve. Video consists of photos taken on the phone, so poor quality.
