Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Director General Captain (R) Zafar Iqbal visited the ongoing development project in Sector F-14/F-15 Islamabad to review progress and accelerate development activities.

During the visit, senior officials from FGEHA and NLC briefed the DG regarding road infrastructure, drainage systems, culvert rehabilitation, sewerage planning, and ongoing construction work across the sectors.

Key Development Highlights:
✅ 147 personnel currently working on-site
✅ Culvert construction & rehabilitation before monsoon season
✅ Separate sewerage and rainwater drainage systems
✅ 90% earthwork completed on the main road
✅ 65% road construction completed
✅ Completion target: 30 June 2026
✅ Development work in F-14/1 & F-14/2 commencing soon

The DG FGEHA emphasized timely completion, quality assurance, and strict monitoring through weekly progress reports. He also announced that 2,000 kanal land will be provided before 15 May 2026 to further accelerate development.
