Brisket is amazing. We preferred semi moist and you'll see why in the video The beef ribs are only served on Saturday. 😢 We went on Sunday so we got the Pork Ribs 😃 and they are very tender and super tasty.
We also recommend the pies that are made only for the folks the visit Franklin BBQ.
