This is a 10” mill with 3 rollers. Made with 1018 cold rolled steel. They are case hardened to 60Rcw. The two top rollers are fixed at .062″. The bottom roller is held in an eccentric housing. This allows for adjustments between .030″ and .060″. All the rollers run on radial bearings with 5/8″ Dia. Shafts. The two top rollers are also driven with 2″ steel spur gears.
This mill is driven with a 7.5/1 hollow quill gear box. At 240 rpm’s it delivers 30 lbs. per minute. The gearbox is driven with a 1 hp. UL. approved 1800 rpm. Single phase C- face motor. This motor comes standard in our mills. We can also provide for a mark up in price, Explosion proof motors, 3phase and 24v wiring options. The heavy duty on and off switch is mounted to the hopper.
Above the mill is a slide gate, which gives you the ability to match the speed of the mill to your auger. The slide gate is made of white UHMW plastic, aluminum and steel Above the slide gate sits the hopper. It is 24″ X 24″ and will hold 110 lbs. of grain. It is made of mild steel. Stainless hoppers are available.
The mill, Slide gate and hopper are mounted to a 1.0″ square .094″ wall thickness steel tube frame, and is painted white. The steel tube frame is mounted to a 3/4″ thick white UHMW plastic top. Mounted below the mill is an auger adaptor. It is 2″ thick and made of UHMW plastic. The adaptor will fit Flexflo or Chore Time 3” or 3.5″ flex augers. We also build unloaders for chain elevator delivery systems. This will mount to the bottom of the mill. The mill come standard with 3″ casters. We can weld anchors as well.
The overall dimensions are 24”X 24″ X 48″ tall.
