Disc Warping:
Cable ties should be wrapped around one spoke and two holes with a minimum of 5 cable ties, this should be hand tightened and not pulled so tight it indents the disc. The main cause of warping is the binding screws are to tight, please select another size provided, in most cases we proved you with the correct size screw for you wheel, if you find its still not work try using a mix of the size screw failing that contact EZGains for advise.
Screws coming loose:
The binding screw covers are provided and advise to use these, only hand tight the screws, make sure you haven't caught the EZDisc between the screws. If the cable ties are to loose this will cause movement on the EZDisc and lead to screws possibly coming loose and cable ties snapping.
Please ensure you centralize the EZDisc.
The valve does not need to be exactly in the middle.
You can just use a track pump or CO2.
Derailleur rubbing on EZDisc 9/10 times the derailleur is bent or you have to micro adjust your Derailleur.
12 Cassette speed we have found that on a rare occasion you have to use a 0.5mm cassette spacer on the inside.
