Drilling
Mount to back control
5 minutes (per person)
Rear naked choke
5 minutes (alternating with a partner 2 reps for you, 2 reps for your partner)
Specific training
3 minutes (per person)
Begin from back control. The person with the control seeks to use the rear-naked choke to submit their opponent and their opponent looks to escape.
