An ESSE cooking course will be both a demonstration and hands on use of ESSE electric range cookers. Philippa will share tips on cooking on an ESSE including roasting, baking, grilling, steaming, cooking to hotplate and use of induction hob.
You can share cooking experiences and ask questions to improve and add to your cooking and baking techniques.
