In Ma’rib, Yemen, over three million displaced people struggle to rebuild their lives amid the ongoing conflict. This video highlights how the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) are working together with the Hygiene Improvement Fund (HIF) to improve living conditions for displaced communities.
Through solid waste collection, sewage dislodging, and the construction and rehabilitation of 600 latrines, the project helps protect both people and the environment from health risks and pollution. With support from KSRelief, local workers and partners are keeping displacement sites and Ma’rib city cleaner, safer, and more dignified for thousands of families.
