We look for stylish and like new clothes and accessories from the guys and girls section from brands like American Eagle, Forever 21, H&M and many more from the junior and young adult section. We buy all seasons, all the time (other locations nationwide differ but the Cheyenne, Ft Collins, Littleton and Colorado Springs location buy all seasons, year round!

Our certified buyers will greet you at the door and explain how the buying process works while you fill out your info. Remember to bring your ID (school ID works fine too!) when you sell as most locations require this. Depending on how busy the store is (usually picks up in the late noon and on weekends) it takes around 1-25 mins regularly. Larger locations may take up to an hour on rush times and weekends and you are welcome to leave the store after you sign our Drop Off Waiver but you must return before we close, please!

Our trained certified buyers will inspect your items for style, condition, demand of the style and if it's a style that will sell well for us based on how well it has in the past. If it's an item we can purchase based on that criteria, our certified buyers enter the info into our computer system that helps determine the price it'll be in the store! We price it 70-80% below the retail price (unique brands and styles like Jeffrey Campbell, Free People, Miss Me, etc get priced differently) and then we offer you 30-40% of what we price the item in our store. We'll then show you what we purchased and how much we would like to pay you for it and you have the option to decline or accept on select or all of your items. Don't be afraid to ask why we passed on an item! Our certified buyers will let you know if there was a condition, style or inventory reason why we had to pass or why we took the item. Some times, after freshly laundering an item, you may ever be able to return and try to sell again.
