Comfort for Anxiety | Whisper the Name of Jesus

Описание: Anxiety can feel overwhelming — racing thoughts, tightness in your chest, the feeling that you can’t catch your breath. I know this struggle personally. I lived with anxiety and panic attacks for years.

Today’s reading reminds us that the world is not a perfect place, and troubles will come. But in the midst of anxiety, there is comfort available to us. When we whisper the name of Jesus, something shifts. Our perspective changes. His presence settles our hearts and brings peace where fear once lived.

God does not promise a life without problems, but He promises His presence within them. His comfort soothes troubled hearts, quiets anxious thoughts, and restores our souls.

If you’re carrying anxiety today, let this be your reminder: you are not alone. Jesus meets you right where you are.
