Attention parents and students! The CBSE Class 10 and 12 Board Exams have officially commenced today across India. However, several students reached their examination centers late due to heavy traffic jams and other unavoidable reasons. As per CBSE guidelines, students were strictly instructed to reach the examination center before 10:00 AM, as the exam was scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM. Schools had clearly announced that no entry would be permitted after 10:00 AM.

In many locations, school authorities initially denied entry to late-arriving students. After repeated requests and appeals by parents, some students were eventually allowed to appear for the examination. This incident serves as a serious reminder for all parents and guardians to ensure that their children reach the exam center at least 30 minutes before the reporting time.

Missing a CBSE board exam paper can lead to the loss of an entire academic year, forcing students to reappear next year. With traffic congestion and unexpected delays becoming common in major cities, proper planning and early departure are crucial.
