Hi, I’m Hiraya! Thanks for stopping by. If you’re new here, please let me introduce myself to you.

Firstly, I want to tell you why I make ASMR videos. I came across ASMR 2 years ago from a friend who is an ASMRtist and have seen how it can positively affect so many people who are trying to sleep and find peace in a very overstimulating world.

I myself as a highly sensitive individual and an empath have had issues with excessive worry, loneliness and inability to sleep due to past traumas. I became particularly sensitive to the noise around me and found it difficult to find peace.

I found that healing my relationship with sound and music through learning to activate all my senses to be particularly empowering. It gave me the present mindedness and embodiedness I needed to be present in my own body.

I just finished 6 years of naturopathic medical training in 2022 so I am well versed in integrating western and eastern medicine. I am now studying for my practical board exams and I am so happy to take you on this journey with me!
