This is a realistic day in my life balancing a full-time 9–5 job, university as a degree apprentice, and training for the Manchester Marathon.
I’m currently in a 12-week marathon comeback block after injury. Instead of a traditional 16-week build, I’m focusing on rebuilding smart, staying consistent, and using strength + Hyrox-style sessions to support my running.
