2 cans (14.5 ounces) California Cling peaches, drained
1/4 cup Maple sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon corn starch
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Optional: ½ cup blueberries
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Maple sugar
¾ cup Walnuts, chopped
½ cup rolled Oats
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon kosher Salt
6 tablespoons unsalted Butter, cut into small dice
